She was a tremendous help when mum was really unwell and she saw her right away. Mum really took to her and trust her even though she would not do things for us as a family she would do things for us as a family she would blindly listen to this doctor and we are very grateful.

I bring her to appointments and she is worried and can't remember much, but immediately lights up when she recognises this doctor. It is usually such a chore to get her to speak, but she speaks up here really easily. I would wish my family had a good doctor like this.

Finally someone who cares, knows their job and takes the time. I saw nurses before but was a waste of time, my dad would of been better sooner if he saw the consultant right away. Very pleased with this doctor, dad is back to his old self.

Profile
I specialise in mental health problems in people age 65 or older . This includes mood disorders (such as depression, anxiety, bipolar affective disorder), psychosis and cognitive difficulties (such as memory impairment and dementias).
At present I work as an Acting Consultant in Liaison Psychiatry for Older People at Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Trust, having previously worked as a SAS doctor in a community team.
