I found Dr McGilligan sympathetic, quiet, calm & very re-assuring. He took the trouble to draw diagrams to illustrate the diagnosis & calmly got on with various tests before coming to his conclusions. I was delighted to be seeing such a lovely man with great attitude & empathy. I just hope he never leaves my GP practice!! Myself and my husband went to see this doctor for the first time yesterday for various issues and he was very understanding, listened and referred as necessary. We hope he continues to work at this practice as I believe he is a locum. A very good and nice doctor and wish there are more like him.
