I have had to see Dr Chan several times in the last few months. She always appears to be pleased to see me. Listens very carefully to the concerns I have - and has been very supportive in the difficult choices I have had to make concerning my general health. It isn't always easy to make an appointment to see her - obviously she is very popular - but I would prefer to have to wait and see her as I respect her advice and care.

I was called in to see this dr urgently with my son as my husband and I had raised concerns (again) about our sons mental health. It felt like a tick box exercise. I sat sobbing in front of this dr, clearly unable to cope with the difficulties we are facing and ‘loosing’ my darling boy to this terrible depression. She was very defensive but PROMISED she would personally lead and ensure all the various disciplines work together and that my son gets the help he needs. Nearly two weeks on, with another letter sent in between and still not one word from her! So much for the promise!

I took my son to see Dr Chan. She was extremely thorough, professional and caring. She took my concerns seriously and I left feeling very reassured
