Excellent doctor who always takes time to listen and often tells you about the latest research, which I find interesting and reassuring that he is looking to improve his treatment.

Dr McGilligan creates a good relaxed atmosphere between himself and the patient.
He took time to explain the difference between two antibiotics (narrow and wide spectrum) even though this was not strictly necessary.
He was prepared to spend whatever time was needed even though the surgery was extremely busy and most doctors were running late.
