I came to meet Dr Joseph McGilligan after an app with a NHS hospital that advised me I had some moles that needed to be excised urgently but was unable to get a timely app with NHS. This led to me researching a doctor to remove this, I contacted his office in a panicked state and the lady that I spoke to called Julie was fabulous she made me feel like I was her priority and said "I love a challenge!" she got me in the next day to see Dr Joseph McGilligan. He removed the concerning patches quickly and efficiently, he also examined me to see if there was any other concerns. He explained the process throughly he advised me what my options are and would be dependent on the results. I am awaiting the biopsy results, thus far I have been beyond happy with the service provided by Dr Joseph McGilligan and his team.

I would recommend Mr McGilligan he explained everything about my procedure , I felt very at ease it went very well, the same with my follow up appointment, it is nice to go to a clinic where your not rushed ,all the staff are so friendly ,and you receive great treatment.

Dr Joseph McGilligan removed a large lipoma from my side. The whole procedure went well and his conversation throughout kept me relaxed. Considering the size of the lipoma the scare is minimal and his stitching is extremely neat. I would be in no doubt to recommend him. Thank you.

Initially, I was delayed nearly an hour before being seen. I was therefore somewhat agitated but when I spoke with Joseph it became clear that the case load had been very busy that day and that the previous appointment needed more due care and attention, hence the delay. Dr Joseph McGilligan has a very calming and methodical manor about him and soon put me at ease with the job to be done. We had a good exchange during my procedure and 15 minutes later, we were done. I felt as if I'd known him for much longer. A good summary and debrief afterwards. My only one constructive feedback which may not have been his responsibility anyway, is I was not informed at any stage as to the cost involved. Had I known, it would not have made the slightest bit of difference. Three days later I'm pleased to report that the wound is healing up nicely. In seven days I will have my stitches out and that will be that!
