Thank you for validating me from day 1 following dr Devin who went on maternity and also Dr Rother , sadly none of you could confirm to strathesk recently they had made a mistake , while you were off. I’m so touched to have had all 3 of your supports from strathesk. To be believed meant the world . Thank you for understanding my fears of the nhs mental health team and the discussion we had on me going private due to y fears. I’m going to now hold onto our discussions and your encouragement and belief in me amd try belie your belief in me and use to move forward. and prove I’m currently not making up or have in 20 years . (Unless20 years of doctors are wrong amd 2 psych’s aswell) my health issues . Thank you for always being firm but caring and never judging me or doubting me. I truly hope you will understand the final position I was put in and know that there was doctors from Dalkeith medical practice, fort William and Dalhousie who agree with you & Dr Rother amd Dr Devon who prescribed before you and same family of things as you. and that 1 very caring nhs psychiatrist you know who, Thank you for validating me, if this ever reaches any of you I have mentioned here as I doubt it will. Dr smith i’d also like to inform you My diabetes July to now (Nov)is well within normal range too/ yay! Off treatment!! My work only and achieved myself with Since July to today (November) I ‘ve also had 24.3kg (not pounds! ) in weight loss July - now (November) !!!!’ Im unclear why Strathesk still sent Trullicity re my sugars and stuff I mentioned in emails briefly but I never took it anyway. Thank you for all the encouragement and never giving up when I felt I deserved nothing and finally for this year as it was soo hard and many things happened and major anniversary dates of two anniversary’s your support meant the utter world. wish you well, sorry I never got to say goodbye. The practice gets bad press due to the lack of GP appointments, but I can honestly say that I have always been seen when necessary and I was 100% reassured and treated with expert care by Dr Smith. Despite running late (it was the end of the day), she took all the time required to fully listen to me. She didn't patronise or rush me along, and believed me when I doubted myself. I know that she will do everything within her power to help me out! She is a wonderful GP.

If lucky enough to see a GP she is the most gentle, kind, and understanding. She listens, explains things to you and gives advice about self management of conditions Dr Smith attended my father during his end of life stage, after he passed away she came to my mothers and sat with her showing her compassion as an individual not just as a professional in her job! Dr Smith goes above and beyond with patience and sincerity her congruent manner relaxes you so you can explain how youre feeling. Dr Jenny Smith is a gem!
