The practice gets bad press due to the lack of GP appointments, but I can honestly say that I have always been seen when necessary and I was 100% reassured and treated with expert care by Dr Smith. Despite running late (it was the end of the day), she took all the time required to fully listen to me. She didn't patronise or rush me along, and believed me when I doubted myself. I know that she will do everything within her power to help me out! She is a wonderful GP.
