Dr Jai has been a life line for me. In April, 2020, my husband was hospitalised with Covid-19 and I found Dr Jai by chance when calling for a telephone appointment. She was a breath of fresh air. We spoke about how he felt now that he had been discharged home. She took her time in explaining how he was likely to feel and the best way to deal with the aftermath of this disease. She went over the results of his scans in a language I could understand. I have phoned her several times now and each time she is the same, taking her time, caring and offering advise. I don't think I could suggest any improvements at all, she has made the grade.

Dr Jai is a very understanding Doctor who takes time to listen and gives sound advice. During Covid it hasn't always been easy to speak to our regular Doctor but I am so pleased I have been able to consult Dr Jai who I am more than comfortable with. She is a great asset to the surgery,
