Dr Singer has provided care to both of our children and we have visited him on numerous occasions both at his Harley Street consulting rooms and at Parkside Hospital. He has been brilliant and really listened to the concerns we had, giving us excellent advice, treatment and reassurance. Not only that we were able to contact him after the consultations for additional advice at any time. We cannot recommend Dr Singer highly enough. He is a very honest, caring and easy to communicate with.

Dr Jack Singer is an amazing Doctor. He saved our sons life after we was put through so much by the NHS. The NHS kept telling us there was nothing wrong with our son, but as most parents do: we know our own son, so we persevered and took him to see Dr Jack Singer, he gave him the care he needed straight away with the upmost respect for us as parents. He immediately diagonosed our son as asthmatic and we was told that we was within hours of losing him as he was so poorly. Our son spent 2 nights at the Children's Hosptial at Harley Street and Dr Jack Singer and his team were outstanding. With the correct medication and care, our son made a remarkable recovery and he is doing well to this day. We cannot recommend Dr Jack Singer and his team enough, he is, in our eyes, a God send who saved our family. With 6 monthly check ups that our son currently has, he is improving more and more. As his parents, we have had to argue with a lot of Doctors, that think they know our son better than we do, so they never listened to us, but Dr Jack Singer was different, he listened to every worry we had and gave us advice and time to explain our sons symptoms. Dr Jack Singer is the best doctor there is, and we will always be forever grateful to him and his team.

Respect, satisfaction and pride are just some of the words that come to mind in apprising the entire team that treated my son Pedro. I want to recognize and express my gratitude for the quality of care dispensed to patients at your institution. Doctors, nurses and assistants were always friendly, courteous and prompt, while ensuring that all my needs were attended to in a timely and professional manner. Thank you to all at the Paediatrician Clinic, in particular Dr. Jack Donald Singer and his staff on their performance and professionalism. God bless you all, for the love and dedication to your patient’s care. Thank you for everything! Márcia Cardoso da Silva

I took my daughter in for a first visit since she had high fever. Dr Singer started by inquiring how we found his name (via Googling Harley Street paediatricians). He then quizzed us in detail about his page ranking on Google - completely irrelevant. Next he asked us about insurance - whether we were insured. Next, he did a hard-sell on Meningitis B vaccine saying that she would essentially die if she did not get vaccinated and how her arms and legs would be amputated. Later we discovered that NHS recommends the vaccine only for children aged 4-6 months and not later - our daughter is 10. Only then did he ask about our daughter and her condition. After a cursory check he prescribed antibiotics refusing to answer whether he was sure it was bacterial vs. viral and how can antibiotics help if it a virus. Then he slapped a bill of 380 pounds. Terrible behaviour, more concerned with Google page ranks, a money grubbing mentality, and interested in hard selling necessary vaccinations. We have been to many paediatricians in multiple countries and this was the most terrible one. Avoid him like the plague!
