NHS doctor are much more helpful. Dr. Singer gave us zero helpful advice and wanted to get rid of us as fast as possible. I found his answers to our questions to be insufficient and sometimes rude. Visiting him was a waste of time and money. He really didn't seem interested in helping us.

DR Jack Singer is one of the best paediatrician in Harley Street.I really had hard time with my baby girl. The NHS paediatrician give me a wrong diagnosis for her. I had trouble on feeding her and I was getting lots of stress because the paediatrician at the hospital didn’t want to se me anymore. After all this, I decided to book an appointment with DR Jack Singer. The receptionist was very friendly and she arranged an appointment next morning. The DR Jack Singer was very friendly and gave me a solution straight away. Now my baby girl is doing very well and I am very happy mom. It was worth going there. I would recommend to every parent who has problems with their children to go to Dr Jack Singer.

I found Dr. Singer to be condescending and shockingly uninterested in our child. I had to remind him three times how old he was. The care I received was expensive, and far worse than any of the NHS doctors I have visited. His colleague from this clinic, Dr. Ghaus, was much more helpful and actually spent the time to hear our concerns and give good advice. Dr. Singer was not interested. He might be a brilliant doctor, but his bedside manner is appalling.

I took my son to see Dr Singer at Parkside. I found he was devoid of bedside manner but thought as long as my son is getting the best medical care, this was not terribly important. My son had some tests and we were told to come back for a follow up appointment. The follow up appointment took around 30 seconds of Dr Singer's time. I had barely sat down when he told me all tests were clear and that we could go home. Before we left, he strongly recommended all sorts of private vaccinations. I felt annoyed that I had travelled all the way to Wimbledon with an infant when this news could have and should have been relayed over the phone. A few days later I knew why.... a bill for that follow up appointment. When I called up to his secretary to dispute the huge bill, Mr Singer himself called me back and was really shirty.

Hi, ive been to dr. Jack singer recently for my 5 month old baby, as I heard he is one of the best in london. This was my first time meeting him, I was so surprised and shocked that he had an attitude problem through most of the visit and it got worse when he knew that i delayed a vaccination that still could be given till 8 months of age according to several governmental websites AND a few doctors that i met afterwards! Doctor singer kept useing words like sudden death, blindness "and if he survived by the age of 5 that would be a miracle" No one should ever say that to a mother! Instead of trying to look for solutions he started taking out medical books to prove to me he was right (its not a challenge) and i have no idea why he was so defensive! He might be one of the best in london but he has the worst unwelcoming attitude ever! Such a waste of money and time.
