Dr Ian Webb is extremely kind and caring, as well as being an exceptional professional. He takes time to listen to you properly, and then explains things with clarity and simplicity. Many consultants are experts in their field, but somewhat lack bedside manner and the human touch. This is not the case for Dr Webb - he is a true gentleman and I feel privileged to be under his care.
