I saw Dr Bartlett the other day even though I do trust her and she listens to what I have to say to her, she deals what my problems are in a lot of detail but on the other hand I know she can do much more then she’s already done but I felt like she was giving me a lecture on what my state of mind I also told her I struggle doing certain things which she understood but I felt like she didn’t want know anything else. But apart from that Dr Bartlett is a lovely doctor and she is the only doctor who I see.

I’ve been seeing Dr Bartlett for about a year but seen her mostly since February this year and have either weekly or every 2 week appointments with her and she has listened to what I’ve had to say with the problems which I’ve had, also has made several different referrals on what the problem has been, especially within the last 3-4 weeks where I haven’t been well she explained her concerns on it. She is the nicest, honest and caring doctor is the practice and when ever I call up i always ask for her.

Dr Bartlett is a very thorough and caring doctor. I cannot recommend her enough. She gives my mum the most wonderful care and time and has really helped her during a hard time last year as well as supporting me and my family. The NHS is lucky to have doctors like Dr Bartlett. We are lucky to have Torrington Park Group practice . thank you
