This is an outstanding surgery with an amazing practice manager miss Amanda, doctors such as, DR Vallayil, Dr showman, Dr BARTLETT are the very best of the best and furthermore, the amazing and rather professional receptionists who are Pauline, Carole, Karen, Sue and Rosa also are the very best of the best employees of the surgery. Therefore, The NHS really should be rather proud of them and commend them too. Once again. A heartfelt thank you very much to all them.

I have found that the staff (non medical & medical staff) to be personable, professional & very team spirited. In the event that alterations in the practice procedures have taken place, communication has been relatively clear & concise. If non medical staff are ever in any doubt, they have consulted their superiors (who have appeared relatively approachable) and sought further advice. I'm genuinely exceptionally grateful to the altruistic staff at Torrington Group Practice for their amazing support and dedication to staff.

Please train more junior medical/ medical graduates to replicate the staff at this practice!!

In my opinion, the new triage system appears to be solely for the convenience of the surgery. No matter how busy a surgery is, their prime task should be the care and welfare of their patients.

You should operate a different system for senior citizens who may not want or be able to use the eConsult form. I feel there are too may hoops to jump through, just to have a 10 minute consultation with a GP. I can only assume that you want us to clear off. Currently, out of desperation, I am seeking a medically qualified human being on a private basis, where I can explain my symptoms. Heaven help those who cannot scrape up the pennies to do that!

My answers are results of my experience.In general,especially recently, the work of receptionist is awful.I need to be extremely patient to get in touch with a doctor.I don’t complain from doctors.I think it is not only receptionist’s fault but the hole system of booking appointment is wrong, but in this surgery is worse.

I don’t know.Look how some other surgeries organise their work.Think about the people who are waiting to get to the doctors.I am with this surgery more then 5 years and this is my opinion.Shame, the doctors are good but I may change the surgery.

Very professional at every visit since I registered with the practice 5 years ago. Receptionists are equally helpful within their capacity.
