Unlike some of her colleagues, Dr Bartlett is patient and caring, and gives the patient the confidence to explain his or her problem, even within the allotted 10 mins. Some of the GPs give the impression that they are in a hurry and the patient is taking up their time.

Thanks to Dr Bartlett I was diagnosed of a genetic chronic syndrome when every other GP had given up on me. Dr Bartlett trusted my insight and believed me when I said I live in pain, she never thought I was being a hypochondriac and thanks to her I got a diagnosis. Recently I moved areas and I will sadly miss having her as my GP as I do trust her. Torrington Health practice are very lucky to have her in their team, she is a caring, kind doctor who has her patients well-being at heart.

I am sorry I didn’t write anything about Doctor Bartlett up till now, I didn’t realise it is possible.I have been extremely happy every time I have met her. She has been with me and my late husband throughout hard time and she helped me to overcome my sorrow. She is unordinary kind, careful ,patient and confident doctor.I trust her. I am feeling so calm,pleased and happy with her.She is the main reason for me to still keep with this surgery.I miss doctor Bartlett and I am very disappointed that I cannot get in touch with her.
