My GP referred me to the Dermatology clinic to investigate a lesion on my nose. I received an appointment to see Dr Chaundri at the Cleator Moor Health Centre, Birks Road. This was my first visit to the Health Centre and I was impressed by the facilities and staff there. Dr Chaundri saw me promptly and was able to reassure me about the lesion. He explained what is was and offered treatment immediately, which I accepted. Dr Chaundri answered my questions and gave me the details of a website for further information. I also appreciate the provision of such specialist care within the local community. Knowing this is possible encourages patients to come forward and seek help sooner rather than later.

Excellent medical care and service from this doctor and his colleague. Treatment carried out at alternative medical centre at Cleator Moor, Cumbria. Operation on face to remove basal cell carcinoma carried out with great skill living me with only an almost invisible scar. The medical centre is bright and airy, and reception staff cheerful and helpful. A worrying time made good with a satisfactory end result brought about by all concerned with my treatment
