Doctor Jende is an outstanding GP. Really professional, and reassuring. I came away knowing what my problem was, how long it was likely to take to get better and a prescription. She also saw my 4yr old don a couple weeks ago and we were able yo get his eczma cleared up in no time. I'm really pleased we are registered at Riverside Surgery.

Dr Jende is a very good doctor. Each time l have seen her she has totally dealt with my problem and set my mind at rest. She has dealt with my repeat prescriptions and has referred me for further tests where necessary. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. The service at my surgery generally is very good and l am able to get same day appointments quite easily. Perhaps the only criticism is that non urgent appointments are too far into the future and you are forced to go through the ring at 8am same day appointments when it could have waited a while but not weeks as l have been offered. I would also love to use the system online service to make non urgent appointments as we used to be able to do.
