It is difficult to obtain an appointment on the day due to the lines opening at 8am, when you are a parent with children to get to school etc.

Nurse Hibbard was so caring, attentive and friendly. Really grateful for the lovely care.

I used the E-consult service for the first time and recieved an appointment with my actual GP the next day.

The small waiting room was overflowing for the majority of the time I was waiting so I stepped out to the reception area as I didn't want to be coughing and sniffing so close to others
