I was poorly and needed help (today) Receptionist - Charlotte totally understood and I had an appointment with Dr. Jende who was understanding and made me better! Best Practice in Horsham - fortunate to be a patient here

I rang surgery and got an appointment within three days. Doctor was really understanding and helpful, and I received further information same day. Then follow up appointment for ten days later! Excellent

I have had no problems getting appointments or with getting information from the staff.

I have always found the reception staff very personable, friendly and helpful. I'm aware I might have to wait in a queue on the phones and to get an appointment. However depending on my urgency I have either received a call or been booked to see a Dr very quickly. My appointment was running late and the staff kept us informed. The surgery is always spotlessly clean and plenty of cups at the water station! I never feel rushed when see any of the Doctors and feel they really listen. I've never had a problem with prescriptions either. My only small negative is that I find the new downstairs waiting room a bit small if full of patients especially if they're coughing. Patients aren't always unwell when have to wait in there (eg. having nurse appointment) and I always feel I'll catch something and quite often wait outside the glass room. I've been with the surgery nearly 40 years and would hate to change.

Nothing on the day I attended. All good.

Dr Patel is an excellent doctor provides us very good understanding on medical fact to enable us make decision. He’s very professional and with kind heart to give sounded inputs.
