I had to have two basal cell carcinomas taken out via MOHS surgery. From the moment I met Dr Seaton, I knew he was the surgeon to do the operation. Dr Seaton explained everything thoroughly, has a calming manner, is very professional and you really feel you are in a safe pair of hands. The operations were done at the London Clinic which I could not fault. I am happy to say I am healing nicely, and the scarring is starting to fade. An enormous thank you to Dr Seaton and his whole team!

Dr Seaton removed a mole from my 12yo daughter's back. He was excellent throughout and we were both very impressed with the whole procedure. Thoroughly recommended.

Dr Seaton is excellent. His care is professional and he has a pleasant manner. His support less so. His admin is bureaucratic, inefficient and communicate poorly. Specifically, I gave permission for password protected email, not wanting to trust their egress system. Although this information was on my file, almost every communication with me was through the egress system and required my intervention. This info should be flagged before the egress system is used. Problems with AXA were only resolved when I intervened ( being pestered by both sides about payment), It turned out that the London Clinic had misfiled one of the invoices as being independent , not AXA funded. They should have been able to sort that one themselves. Surely each case has a unique number with all invoices referenced back to that number? Follow -up information on tests being done on tissue removed took four weeks to come through. An anxious time, made worse by the fact that I was not updated at any point without first calling, emailing and calling again. In such cases there should be an automatic regular patient update ( even if only to reassure that it issue has not fallen off the radar!) All standard written communication is tersely written and focussed on money. Resulting in a sense of being a number on an invoice, not a person. A major re-write is required if this is to be addressed.

Dr Seaton performed an extremely successful procedure. He was highly competent, relaxed and down to earth. All potential options were expertly explained. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

This my first time with Dr Seaton. I was suffering with my skin no doctors did any help before for one month but he helped me with his good listening and checking my skin to have better medicine. This is my third day after his care and my skin is so good.
