It was the first time that I had been to the hospital and I was warmly welcomed making it feel more like arriving at a hotel. I was promptly taken to my room and settled in and made comfortable. It was very stress-free and soon as was taken off for surgery. Post-surgery I was well looked after, the staff was on hand if I had any issues and the food was excellent. I have been in a number of private hospitals and this has been the best one. I would highly recommend it.

I received cosmetic surgery there in June 2022. I have had an ongoing chronic, reaccuring infection since that time, which looks as if it may be a mycobacterium infection (rare and dreaded). This was either a surgical breech by the surgeon or the sterilization. This has been a devastating experience. I am not sure whether it was reported.
