The doctor was great! very kind. listened to me and even tried to facilitate a bed in my preferred ward.

I feel that the doctor completely listened and really could understand how I was feeling, I found it difficult to articulate myself due to my anxieties at the time but the doctor made me feel comfortable and safe to talk. I felt totally trusting of the doctor and she treated me with such respect. I feel that this doctor is someone that as soon as you meet her makes you feel at ease and is instantly trusting. Therefore, it was easier for me to open up and discuss how I was feeling, which I have found difficult with other doctors.

i am very happy with the service and find that i was listened to and all my needs were met.the doctor was extremly helpfull and came up with a plan to get me back to where i want to be.i cant thank her enough.

I was brought to hospital to reset after a period of anxiety and depression. I was worried that I would be discharged without support as, although I had suicidal ideation I didn't feel I was about to act on these thoughts. The doctor listened to me and made a plan with medication to move forward and advised ongoing support from the nurses and crisis team and did not dismiss me as I had feared. She treated me with respect and dignity .
