Doesn’t sound like he has changed at all .
Do not be put off by his bed side manner as he really knows his area of work more than most others in that field.
He does have compassion - it’s just well hidden!
He once rescued a hedgehog that was stuck with a squash racket - so there is a heart there as well as genius!

He's brash and to the point - not to everyone's taste I guess - but I found him to be a brilliant and knowledgeable doctor, and his sense of humour is just up my street.

He may be an excellent Doctor but have never met someone with a worse bedside manner. Treated me like a liar and a fraud.
