I came and saw doctor Culshaw and was given some medication which unfortunately did not suit me and I have spent the last six weeks trying to get back to see her. I was given an appointment to see a nurse practitioner and was advised that doctor Culshaw would be there only to be confronted by an unknown male doctor who then prescribed some tablets which had the exact side affects of the tablets I could not take. What a waste of time and money. I cannot even get to talk to doctor Culshaw on the phone. I am so distraught .
