One of the only doctors who listens and will go above and beyond to help the patients rather than just work to a 10 minute patient timeline. She is an absolute credit to the surgery.

Very impressed by her introducing herself on the telephone ax Angel Kulshaw from the north brink practice not Dr Kulshaw. Immediately makes the patient think conversation is going to be a balanced discussion in which their view will be listened to. Puts patient at ease. Not so much a good bed dude manner as a brilliant telephone manner. :-)

Dr Culshaw is the ultimate professional. An excellent doctor who will go out of her way to get an answer and get back to you. Brilliant. We didn't realise this type of doctor existed any more - well done !
