Very impressed by her introducing herself on the telephone ax Angel Kulshaw from the north brink practice not Dr Kulshaw. Immediately makes the patient think conversation is going to be a balanced discussion in which their view will be listened to. Puts patient at ease. Not so much a good bed dude manner as a brilliant telephone manner. :-)
