Back when we were actually able to see our drs face to face I built up a good relationship with this gp. Since going nurse led I feel however that this relationship is breaking down.

Dr Culshaw, when you can get an appointment, is one of the best doctors I have had at the surgery. However, It is a struggle to get an appointment with her, directly following Covid. However, I feel assured when I see her that she knows my medical conditions and problems, and I feel I have continuity of care
Prior to Covid, I sometimes felt rushed with my appointment due to the constraints of the service, but things are different now, and I have not managed to see her.

Dr Culshaw is my regular doctor and she always exceeds my expectations during and after appointments. During an appointment for a contraceptive implant which was unable to be fitted, she assured me she would call me afterwards with a follow up appointment, this was done promptly also.
The information and medical advice given was informative and also allowed me to freely make a decision myself without any guidance or encouragement.
