I have been with this doctor for 2-3 years and in that time we have never actually been able to see him, he only does phone appointments and even when my husband nearly died of blood clots and needed medication and care he still never was given an appointment, I have recently given birth and had a third degree tear and haemorrhaged after birth and my iron levels needed to be monitored and I was discharged from the hospital from moving out of their catchment area even though it was only a few miles away, the lack of care was surprising especially at a time when I truly needed it and needed extra care and monitoring both physically and mentally

I feel privileged to have this man as my doctor. He is professional, honest and humorous when appropriate. I value his opinions, and trust his judgement. He has always been willing to listen regardless of my reason for the consultation, and I never feel rushed, regardless of his workload and strains of his job. The telephone consultations are a great idea, and this has often been a sufficient way of resolving my questions, this said I have always obtained a face to face appointment if needed. Dr Walton's quick referrals and support during more serious conditions has been priceless, and his proffesional approach, and personal input to these matters have been appreciated. Thank you.

Over the years that he has been our family GP, Dr. Walton has always wonderful. My husband is under the Royal Brompton for a chronic lung problem and Dr. Walton is always on hand if he needs any urgent prescriptions. Both of my children have grown up and I totally trust him. I have found his advice spot on, I like that he is honest and doesn't try to sugar coat the pill.
