Booked in for a small operation at BMI park. Dr Matthews took the time to visit me beforehand to explain everything in a friendly sympathetic way. He put my mind at ease and made me feel at confident for the impending procedure. Then afterwards he was there first thing in the morning to check my condition. Genuine care and concern. Dr matthews was friendly and punctual. And I can honestly say I felt no pain when he injected me. The follow up after the surgery was prompt and professional yet again.
