Dr Alice Boyd was caring, patient and welcoming. She explained all the options i could take before advising me as to which was best suited to my body. Dr Boyd made me feel welcome and comfortable through her friendly but professional manner, always explaining to me what she doing before the procedure was carried out. I would recommend her to anyone as i experienced the highest standard of care and service from her. Also the assistant nurse who was present would not of been more supportive to me, ensuring i was comfortable and well before leaving. Excellent staff and highly recommended!!

I've never had a GP as good as Doctor Boyd. She always listens, always cares and goes above and beyond to help me. She's very easy to talk to and I can discuss anything with her. I completely trust her opinion. She either writes a lot of notes or she has a very good memory because she always remembers even small details about me and what is going on with my life. Either way, I find her to be very kind and she makes me feel like she is very in tune with my situation, which is often very complex. I live with several complicated, chronic conditions which are difficult to manage but Doctor Boyd goes out of her way to help me as best she can. When I moved house recently, one of the criteria for house hunting was to stay in the catchment area so that I could stay within the practice. Everyone should have a GP as good as Doctor Boyd. I feel very lucky.
