Dr Jacques has been my consultant for 9 years and we encountered each other in May when I suffered a sudden and unexpected cardiac arrest (from which I'm now recovering well). I saw him at St. Peter's during my stay there and again last week as an out patient. I completely concur with the other reviewers that he is an outstanding doctor, who takes that (extra!) time, trouble and effort to explain and answer the many questions in full and sympathetically. You don't feel in anyway time pressured. He has my highest commendation.
