I recently had a few sessions with Ruth to sort out symptoms of IBS that i was dealing with for a number of years. She is very professional, thorough, and clearly has a great deal of knowledge in this area. Ruth was able to offer me advice on how to adjust my diet in a way that was realistic and achievable, as well as making suggestions on how exercise and supplements can help. I have definitely noticed an improvement with my IBS and wouldn't hesitate to see her again in future. Thank you Ruth.

Ruth Conroy is a skilled dietition who helped me turn my nutritional world around after many years of struggling with irritable bowel syndrome. She gets straight to the point, identifies core mistakes quickly and wastes no time and gets to the heart of the problem putting clients on the road to better health. Her advice is non-judgemental and very practical with lots of easy to follow tips and advice. I feel so much better since consulting her and able to follow a better regime with confidence leading to a healthier lifestyle. When progress is made, Ruth is encouraging and helps you stay on the programme. She is an excellent health professional and I have no problem recommending her.

Ms Ruth Conroy is great, she made me feel completely at ease at all of my dietician appointments and is extremely calming and reassuring. Within 4 visits I had seen a significant improvement in my gastro symptoms after struggling for a number of years. Thank you and I will keep up the advice!

Ruth is extremely professional and highly experienced, she has given me so much amazing advice and support after being diagnosed with celiac last year, she's guided me on all the Gluten free diet and also guided me on how to keep healthy, I've learnt so much about food since I've known Ruth, I would of found this first year extremely challenging without Ruth's support, I can't thank her enough, I will continuing using Ruth's service as found it so supportive, food packaging out there is very confusing and Ruth was always be there to answer any questions I had, I definitely highly recommend Ruth.

I recently had two sessions with Ruth as I had been suffering substantially from my IBS. I found Ruth very sensitive and understanding, and she was able to provide holistic approach to my wellbeing and lifestyle choices that stretched beyond just food based ideas (although these were also provided). Thanks to her encouragement, I was able to take steps to improve my quality of life in just two sessions. I am very grateful for her support.
