I have been a patient of Navah for at least 20 years, as were other members of my family. I am not the easiest of dental patients to be sure, but I find the professionalism, quality of care and sense of calmness which I receive from Navah and her support team, to be exemplary. The surgery is small, being located on part of the Cranfield University campus, which I prefer, not least because you get immediate one-on-one attention from the moment you step through the door and parking access is also easy. Navah goes to great lengths to fully explain all issues of potential treatments and also their associated costs, where relevant. I have always found Navah's charges to be very fair for myself and my family members.

Navah always makes me feel at ease and explains all treatment thoroughly. Navah listens attentively to any queries I have before commencing treatment. I have complete faith in her dentistry skills and respect for her professionalism. The only room for improvement is communication with the practice, which has been somewhat difficult in the past. This has improved a lot recently with the addition of an email address.

Navah has been our dentist for many years, she is the only person my husband will trust as he hates going to the dentist. She is patient, kind and caring. I do hope she never retires as we will be lost without her! thank you Navah.
