I have now received my second electric wheelchair from Whizz Kidz and they have provided an brilliant service to me. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They spend time with me to make sure that the chair was properly adjusted to fit me. I cannot thanks them enough!!

Our son is seen at Tower Hamlet Wheelchair Secices. The Childrens department is run by Whizz Kidz. Over the past 4 years our son has received outstanding care. Most notably after an operation a temporary adjustment was required. This was carried out efficiently and meant that he could be safely discharged from hospital and aided his wellbeing and freedom. We couldn't thank the OT's and technician enough. The team have have a can do approach not looking at problems but keen to find solutions. They listen to us as parents and keep us involved with decisions.

I have just returned from the assessment by Amanda and Helen. Both were very sensitive to my sons feelings as he wasn't very happy about the need to have a power chair - they focussed on the benefits to his life and directed their questions directly to him and understood his position. When he tried the chair his eyes lit up and could immediately see how this might change his situation. Prior to this meeting I had a number of telephone calls with Amanda who followed up everything as she said she would. I am very pleased and grateful for this service and I think when Dan has used his chair he will be delighted with the freedom and independence it will give him.

Absolutely fantastic service from beginning to end. The occupational therapist really listened to the needs of my disabled son, and the wheelchair met his needs perfectly. The appointment for the fitting of his chair, was conveniently located and they gave us lots of information and useful tips. I cannot praise them enough, they truly understand disabled children and their needs. Thank you Whizz Kidz.
