Very friendly good information about the chair and done a really good check to make sure all the features of the chair was right for the patient.

Brilliant service and communication to really find what wheelchair would fit my needs. At the appointment to pick up the wheelchair all the issues were dealt with and the wheelchair is perfect for what I need it for.
However waiting list can be a long wait.

We have had nothing but a positive experience Whizz-Kidz. The people we have dealt with have been very kind and caring and most certainly understood our sons needs. I was so happy with how they got a really good understanding of what he is like from watching him and we all laughed at how spot on they were with his 'habits' that would need careful considerations!!! We even had his power wheelchair delivered with a little personal touch - his name stitched into the back which was a really nice surprise. He loved it :-)

The communication was great they asked questions to make sure they were clear on my needs before suggesting what wheelchair would be best for me and explained why they thought it would be the best wheelchair. They also gave me an approximate time frame my wheelchair should arrive in.

Communication was great, I felt involved and I felt you listened to me and respected me as his mother. Thank you very much.
