Ben was shown at his initial assesment how to use his powered chair and how we can operate the chair for him, a lot of consideration has beeen given to make the chair as comfortable as possible for Ben.

I would say all through the entire process I was well informed. The most inportant thing was that they actually listened to our needs. I would rate the entire service and process 100%

Very pleased with the level of technical expertise of Marie & Ralph. Took a lot of time to ensure correct setup of the chair. My only negative comment is the length of time from initial self referral (2015) to receipt of the chair (2017). Otherwise very pleased & grateful to you. Many many thanks!
