Phil completed a Sports Science BSc degree in 2004 and subsequently gained Physiotherapy qualification in 2009, graduating with 1st class honours. He is also currently completing post graduate studies in advanced physiotherapy on the University of Hertfordshire MSc programme.
With extensive experience in rehabilitation after orthopaedic surgery and complex musculoskeletal injuries Phil enjoys adapting and tailoring treatment in collaboration with his patients in order to maximise their recovery and help them realise their full physical potential.
Treatments may include exercise, joint mobilisation / manipulation, soft tissue massage, acupuncture or electrotherapy.
As well as treatment of regular musculoskeletal problems Phil also runs a cycling assessment service at the practice. As an experienced cyclist and triathlete Phil has first-hand experience in this field.
