I went to see Manny after a cross fit injury. I initially saw an osteopath who just gave me a massage and a chiropractor who told me I needed to be cracked every week. After a consultation with Manny who was my last resort, he told me what the issue was and advised an MRI scan (which confirmed his diagnoses). 2 sessions and exercises to sort the issue out along with a biomechanics assessment and technique change, I’m back to cross fit. I’d recommend anyone who has back pain to see Manny.

After seeing a chiropractor who told me my spine was out of alignment, I saw Manny for a second opinion privately. I know he works locally as a specialist in the NHS as family members have seen him in the past and had amazing results. Manny was amazing and he is brilliant at his job. He took a very through in-depth history of my spinal problem and assessed me physically to figure out where my pain was coming from. He provided me with a diagnosis and gave me bespoke exercises and medication advice which fixed the problem. I am now back to squash and able to twist my spine. Highly recommend.

Manny was encouraging and inspiring from the get go. He offered me hope that my symptoms could improve and having followed his instructions, they have. I am so grateful and encouraged to know that there was something I could do to avoid surgery and painkillers. Thanks Manny!
