Following eight months of weekly visits I am sorry that this young lady is no longer coming to see me. I feel that her approach has been as good as I could hope for and her cheerfulness and encouragement unsurpassed. I find it difficult to put together a review which does her justice to the care she provided. Thank you for all the help I have had. Bob Atkinson @ Foxglove Cottage, Belton in Rutland

Alexandra comes to my home to help me with my physical disability. I do not have good balance and I am not able to walk very well. She is always patient, kind, helpful and caring and never rushes through the appointment time. This makes me feel that I am properly cared for. Alexandra is always bright and cheerful when she comes to see me to review the exercises she has given me and always encourages me to do the best I can. She always listens to me when I tell her about how the exercises are going and if they hurt me in any way. I am grateful for her time and patience with me. Alexandra is a credit to both herself and the department she works for Karen Peet

Alexandra helped my very elderly and confused mother learn how to exercise her upper limbs to alleviate pain and extend her flexibility. She was fantastic at creating the right rapport and explained the exercises very well. She understood my mother's needs and was extremely sympathetic, with very good communication. It's a shame that the experience was so short lived but we totally understand the level of pressure on the service.

Alexandra has been very helpful, she listened to me regarding my condition and then suggested exercises that were appropriate for me. Each time she comes she updates my exercise sheets with additional exercises. Alexandra is prepared to challenge you in a constructive way if she feels you are able to achieve a particular movement. Alexandra in my opinion is very good and professional.
