I had several physio sessions with Gina to alleviate a source of pain I'd had whilst running. Was very satisfied all-round with the assessment of the problem (wasn't something I'd been aware of before), the immediate physio I received to reduce pain, and the longer-term exercises/strengthening programme to help alleviate the issue and prevent it from happening again. I was able to run a half-marathon as intended. Service felt very personalised, which was welcome! Would definitely recommend Gina to others.

Gina has been fantastic throughout every stage of my Achilles’ tendon recovery. She explained clearly and professionally each step of the recovery process whilst keeping the exercises as varied and interesting as allows. Gina has a really good balance of keeping you motivated whilst not being overly pushy and maintaining a very nice way about her. Thank you! It really does feels amazing to be able to run again!

Gina was amazing, and so supportive. Totally knows what she's talking about, and speaks in terms I can understand. She helped me recover from Sciatic, and how what I need to work on to (hopefully) never have to experience again. She seemed to genuinely care about my well-being, and made me feel valued as a customer. Would recommend Gina to anyone
