Sam was great, really tailored everything to my needs and style and changed up the things that didn't work for me (or that I just didn't like)

I have been seen by various physios at Bodylogic over the last 18 months, most recently, Sam, who treated me for achilles tendonitis. He explained the condition to me very carefully and worked with me throughout treatment. In between appointments, Sam would email me to see how I was getting on with my exercises, which I really appreciated. I have been impressed with the level of care I have received at Bodylogic, and keenly recommend the clinic to friends in the area. Thanks to Sam and co. for making me a stronger and more resilient runner!

Sam was fantastic throughout both my physio sessions and latterly the run evolution classes I undertook. Sam has a detailed knowledge of running biomechanics and where imbalances in muscle groups arise which cause injury. He worked with me to improve both of these and always acted in a very professional and fun manner to make sessions enjoyable as well as hugely beneficial. He listened to my requirements and tailored sessions as required to treat issues I had so these could be resolved. Could not recommend more highly!

I saw Sam in January 2019 after a grade 2 calf tear whilst snowboarding over New Year. I am really active and was keen to get back to full fitness as quickly as possible. In particular I had a big family trip back to the Alps in February that I wanted to be fit for. Sam put together a weekly gym and rehab program for me that worked on strengthening the injured calf and gradually building up my confidence to move in a more dynamic way and specifically linked to snowboarding movements. After compressing the typical recovery time by a few weeks, I made the skiing trip and had a full week on snowboarding with no issues. Subsequently, I have built up my running levels again making some tweaks guided by Sam to my stride and am returning to full levels of fitness and activity pre the calf tear. Huge thanks to Sam for the work, physical (and psychological!) support and attention to detail in getting me back to full fitness.
