Optometrist was called Patrick. I am Paul's mother and I took Paul (3 years) in for an eye test as I thought there was a possibility he could have a squint. Patrick was very nice and communicated with Paul great which allowed Paul to be happy to allow him to conduct the eye test and comply even at this young age. He reassured me with information I did not know and said that they will contact me in 4-5 months to make another appointment. I felt 100% better as soon as I left and I would like to thank Patrick and another member of staff(sorry I didn't catch his name!) whom interacted with Paul before our appointment.

Slightly eccentric and a good laugh, enjoyed the visit. Too focused on eyesight quality (unless that's the only purpose of the opticians!)

Didnt seem to be aware that I was lookig for a contact lens exam/trial and instead went through the motions of giving me a normal glasses discussion
