I was given a week's trial of contact lenses with a consultation and eye test beforehand on what I wanted to get from the trial. My needs were listened to and I was given all the information relevant to me in order to make a decision. Very friendly, professional and helpful service from the whole team at Boots Opticians Ely. I'm glad I changed opticians to them and I'll definitely be visiting again.

Nigel was very careful to explain things in detail to me about my sight, muscles in my eyes and age related conditions. Other opticians have never bothered!

Very easy but only point was there was no conversation at all but then this made it quick so a happy medium maybe!!

Listened my concerns & tested further to give me a further conclusion

I didn't feel rushed at any time, all my questions were answered by Nigel, Natalie and Carmen were very helpful
