I am getting married in a month's time and I decided that I didn't want to wear glasses on the big day so I booked an appointment with Boots. I have always been apprehensive (and scared) to try contact lenses but Neil Gnessen put all my fears at bay. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable and clearly is an expert in his field. After only one appointment will Neil I was confident enough to wear contact lenses. Truthfully speaking I would have been walking down the aisle in a white pair of frames if it wasn't for him and I can't thank him enough for making this process so easy. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to give contact lenses a go, to make an appointment with Neil. Thank you Neil.

Neil examined my eyes following an unarranged appointment to correctly identify an infection. Provided a hospital referral letter an even took the time to phone that evening and check on my wellbeing following a visit to Moorfields eye hospital. Great customer care!
