She has excellent communication skills and explained each test very thoroughly. She was friendly and reassuring and is very knowledgeable.

I had my eyes tested with this lady yesterday. I have always been nervous of anything to do with my health including my eyes. She was very professional, and explained everything. At the end of the test I was very reassured and I will definitely come back and see her again.
