Optometrist fine, but assumed I would be buying glasses from boots which I cannot afford, and so made asking for prescription awkward.

Miss Theophilous was one of the most efficient, clear and caring medical practitioners I have ever encountered. Most impressive, she listened to my issues and responded with care and interest. She addressed them during the test and at the results, and I left feeling much lighter and happier. Absolutely recommended.
