Having visited the previous week were Mr Patel identified my Blepharitis, I visited again the following week for a follow up per his recommendation. Both Gabby and Navin were friendly, efficient and made me feel very welcome in the store. Even though I do not require any glasses they do have an excellent range of spectacles and I will be back there very soon to purchase some sunglasses.

Worth the visit! Great unique frame selection and rather than measure your glasses with a ruler they use an IPad and give honest advice. Beautiful opticians, not like your average high street chain. Prices were very reasonable given the time they spend with you and the personal service. Navin and Gaby helped me choose my glasses and Mr Patel did my eye test.

Great customer service and customer care too. Used to go to Dollond and Aitchison in Wigmore street (became Boots Wigmore street) because of their amazing optometrist Sachin Patel. I was devastated when I found out that he had left but managed to find him. Would not go to anyone else. I like the shop as you do not have the feeling you are just a number. A lovely receptionist welcomes you and Navin is really professional. I love their frames, not only they do Lindberg but Sachin has gone for a Danish brand called Orgreen which is really nice and original.

So glad I found Sachin Patel again. He Is one of the best optometrist I know and was devastated when I found he had left Boots opticians in Wigmore street London (formerly Dollond and Aitchison the Queen's optician.... no less!). Amazing health care as usual as one has to remember that your optometrist should be a health professional first and foremost which is what you get with this amazing young man. Great customer care too. Did not feel pressured into getting spectacles and In fact my husband, who also went, was told that everything was tip top and could carry on with his 3 years old spectacles. Nice to know you are getting honest advice.
