I received excellent attention during my initial consultation and with the Optomerist. All listened carefully and understood my particular requirements for occupational glasses and ensured the prescription was perfectly suited to this task. Following the examination which was 30minutes later than my appointment time there were no staff to assist with choosing a pair of glasses. After waiting for over 20 minutes I paid for the eye test and left the opticians. If you are going to run a business be prepared to have enough staff.

Excellent care and help this was a second visit, I was finding difficulty with new specs, I had a second eye test and lots of discussion, with both people I saw. GREAT!! I felt reassured and told if I was still feeling anxious at any time to come back.
