Was so happy with my 13 year old sons recent eye test. He has needed glasses since the age of 5. We moved to boots from another main opticians from which we werent very satisfied with and always ended up with a stressed and moody child at the end of the appointment. After going to boots this is the first time he has come out happy and understanding of what the helpful understanding optician had told him and the lady helping with contact lenses and a choice of glasses afterwards was lovely and again understanding and very helpful. I no longer need to dread an opticians appointment like before. Would highly recommend boots.
