The final cost of the glasses and lenses was unclear. The various options of lense thinning, screen protection and other options was confusing and resulted in my final cost being miscalculated a number of times.

A very good experience.
I was told what was going to happen and the examination itself was very clearly described.
I didn't feel there was any hard sell on selecting glasses which compared to my previous opticians was great.
One thing - I wasn't given a copy of my prescription which I found surprising.
