Very annoyed after having contact lense trial for 10 days, went to the follow up appointment and was told that I could pay by direct debit for a 3 months supply up front and the appointment is free otherwise the free trial follow up appointment is £35. I ended up paying for 1 months supply of contact lenses and paying the £35 fee!! I had a trial at specsavers and didn't pay a fee. Not happy!!
